Smart Arts for Kids One-Time No-Credit Required Commercial License for all present and future clip arts

If you purchase a One-Time No Credit License for my clip arts, the following terms apply:

This license allows 1 single-user permission to use all my clip arts commercially without giving credit to SmartArtsforKids (present and future sets)

This One Time No Credit License allows you to use Items in any manner permitted under the Standard License, and pursuant to the obligations and restrictions therein; and

This license is for the small business/home base crafter to use with NO CREDIT given back to Smart Arts for Kids. This is a license for small commercial use and does not give the right to high volume commercial production, please see store policies.

NO CLIPART IS INCLUDED WITH THIS LICENSE, clipart must be purchased separately from Smart Arts For Kids Store.

License is not transferable and not refundable

This is not an extended quantity license please adhere to the standard policies in Smart Arts for Kids TOU section for allowed uses. This license allows for up to a maximum of 1000 units. If you do not purchase this license you must credit Smart Arts for Kids in your products and designs. This license is for the use of Smart Arts for Kids products without credit.
