If you purchase an Extended License for Moveable Objects, the following terms apply:

This Extended License for Moveable Objects allows you to use Items in any manner permitted under the Standard License, and pursuant to the obligations and restrictions therein; and

This license is for the small business/home base crafter to use and CREDIT is REQUIRED given back to Smart Arts for Kids. This is a license for small commercial use and does not give the right to high volume commercial production, please see store policies.

This license is good for 1 (one) single-user permission to use in all & any sets clipart.

ONLY allows moveable objects in the following product types:

– Smartboard files
– PowerPoint presentations
– Google Slides
– Google Drive
– Microsoft OneDrive
Note: You don’t need a license for BOOM CARDS only applies above list programs

Movable graphics must be in the following format

– Must be combined with text overlay, patterned background or both.
– Must be saved as a new jpeg or file is inserted into your document
– Must protect my graphics and your clipart investment.

NO CLIPART IS INCLUDED WITH THIS LICENSE, clipart must be purchased separately from Smart Arts For Kids Store.

License is not transferable and not refundable

CREDIT IS REQUIRED: You may use for unlimited commercial use but require graphic credit be given to Smart Arts for Kids including a URL that links back to (https://www.smartartsforkids.com/). Must include in your credit or terms of use page along with a clickable link.
